Introducing Our Math Hackathon
We’re excited to announce the upcoming math hackathon scheduled for April 25th, 2023, at Kronehoefstraat 85 in Eindhoven. This event is aimed specifically at math teachers and innovative thinkers eager to transform the way we approach mathematics education. Our goal is to make math tangible, engaging, and accessible to students of all ages.
Why Make Math Tangible?
Math can often seem abstract and challenging, which is why we believe in the power of tangible projects that help students connect with mathematical concepts. Through creative hands-on activities, we aim to spark interest and excitement in math, encouraging a love for the subject. At this hackathon, participants will collaborate on projects that can bring this vision to life, creating resources that can be used in classrooms across the Netherlands.
Join Us for the First Edition!
This first edition of the hackathon will run from 10:00 to 18:00 and is an excellent opportunity to share ideas, build prototypes, and network with fellow educators and creators. The outcomes from this event will be integral to shaping future workshops, ultimately leading to a larger hackathon later this year where we’ll invite creative thinkers, makers, and tinkerers of all backgrounds to join in our mission.
